Throughout his time in law school and afterward, Jason Bateman focused his practice solely on personal injury law. He has always been driven by the challenge of standing up to large corporations and insurance firms on behalf of those who have been harmed. Jason is experienced in litigating cases in both state and federal courts across the country.
Before becoming a part of our team, Jason practiced at a high-volume plaintiff’s firm, where he gained hands-on experience in all facets of personal injury law, handling a diverse range of cases that included catastrophic injuries and medical malpractice. He has represented clients through every phase of litigation, from initial investigations to jury trials and appeals. Jason has secured millions of dollars for his clients through both settlements and verdicts, highlighted by a $14 million verdict for a client in 2019. Since joining our firm, Jason has maintained his track record of success, having tried more than forty cases in various court settings to date.
