Jeremy Fenn is a personal injury attorney at Esquire Law in Phoenix, Arizona. Before transitioning to personal injury law, Jeremy started his legal career as a prosecutor in the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. While there, he prosecuted a wide variety of criminal cases and secured criminal restitution settlements for numerous crime victims.

Jeremy holds Bachelors of Arts Degrees in Political Science and International Studies from the University of Utah and a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.

Jeremy is a military veteran with a total of 12 years in service. He started his military career as an enlisted soldier and later commissioned as an Army officer in the Military Police Corps of the Army National Guard. Before commissioning as an officer, he achieved certification as an Emergency Medical Technician.

Jeremy joined the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office as a Rule 39(c) limited practice student, which allowed him to appear in court and conduct supervised bench trials while still in law school. After passing the Arizona bar examination, Jeremy served as a prosecutor with the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. As a prosecutor, he litigated victim restitution claims in numerous restitution hearings, securing sizable restitution claims for crime victims, focusing mainly on victims of DUI collisions. Jeremy found the most satisfaction helping Arizona crime victims achieve the justice they deserve.

After spending his entire career in public service, Jeremy transitioned his passion for serving others to personal injury law. He finds the most satisfaction fighting for his clients and ensuring they receive the full compensation they deserve.

Jeremy is a 5th generation Arizona native. While in the military, Jeremy lived in four different states and 5 different countries. After years of the military sending Jeremy and his wife to cold climates, they decided to return to the warm, dry climate of the Sonoran desert.

When Jeremy is not working tirelessly for his clients, he and his wife love to travel and explore the Sonoran desert.
